Our story

Watto's Smokehouse is located in the Southern Highlands of NSW. We started back in 2011 doing markets and sharing our love of smoked foods. Life, family and commitments got in the way and the side show of Watto's Smokehouse kinda slipped away for a while. We continued cooking an sharing our love of food and flavours amongst our family & friends. We always said if we won Lotto that we would get Wattos back into full swing and share our passion with everyone

Well in 2021 we did win. Not Lotto, but a bottle of wine - While enjoying this bottle of wine I talked about Watto's Smokehouse and how we can share our ideas and love of smoked food with everyone again. On the second bottle of wine I decided we are winners and life is too short for corporate life and making other peoples dreams come true. So here I am making our dreams come true.
