Watto's Signature Kofta

500g Mince (I prefer lamb its fatty - no oil to cook with, and its much tastier)

4 x  Tablespoons Watto's Signature rub (you can seriously use any of the Watto's Smokehouse rubs for this recipe)

I'm using the Watto's Signature for a more traditional kofta taste, but you could just as easily use the Zesty Zinga for a Greek style flavour. 

Method 

Mix together all the ingredients until well blended. Divide into eight balls, then roll each ball on a board with a cupped hand to turn them into ovals. Thread onto skewers and brush with oil.

Cook on charcoal or a griddle/pan:

Griddle/Pan: heat the pan until you can feel a good heat rising and cook for 3-4 mins each side. Don’t turn until they are well sealed or the meat will stick to the grill or pan.

Yes its that easy ! Serve with the Zesty Zinga dipping sauce, salad and flat bread. Its yummo Watto !
